Midwest Sunset is a golden-hour view from a rocky bluff: an oak tree, purple coneflowers and black-eyed Susans in the foreground, over rolling green fields and woods toward a glowing sunset sky, all revealed through an irregular opening in a hand-textured plaster frame. It is made with Julia's Revealed Fresco technique, AI-assisted oil painting techniques combined with her handcrafted multilayered plaster process, so the scene looks like an old fresco uncovered beneath the wall.
Choose your plaster frame color from the Plaster Frame Colors chart in the photos (PF1 Chalk White, PF2 Linen, PF3 Sandstone, PF4 Golden Olive, PF5 Sage, PF6 Ochre, PF7 Terracotta, PF8 Olive or PF9 Charcoal). The piece in the photos is shown in PF4 Golden Olive.
